It is quite annoying when finding insider transactions are heard in the company I invested. Of course, there are several reasons that they sell their stocks. However, it is hardly to be regarded as positive feedback since they sell anyway. Also, they are insider and they know their company more than ants.
On 8th of November 2022, Musk sold 4,400,000 shares, which is about 843 million USD(so it's about 0.84 billion USD). When exchanging to Korearn won currency, it is about 1조원. Quite crazy.
It's been a month since Musk sold his shares. The current price is about 194.86 USD. pretty much stable.

Well. Everspin's insider also sold their shares. It is too sad. However, the reason for selling states that "Shares sold solely to pay taxes due upon the vesting of Restricted Stock Units."
